My name is Oumy Sylla, I am Senegalese. I am a calm, determined and above all ambitious woman who aspires to many things. Among these aspirations, there is the fact of having a husband and building a family, but above all to succeed in my professional life, to have financial independence. Every day that passes, I take steps in this direction in order to achieve my goal.

But I am aware that achieving this goal must be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle, for me this lifestyle involves spirituality. Believing in something greater than ourselves that defines our life and making that predefined destiny a reality.

Spirituality is a very important thing in my life apart from the needs of the body, I also feel the need to nourish my soul. To nourish this invisible spirit, one must go through prayer and meditation.

Yes, prayer and meditation in order to go deep within one self, to find what is really needed so that one can come back and have a clear vision of the path to follow. That's how I see my life, I'm very active in finding my way and I know it takes patience to get there.

But my greatest achievement today is to practice my religion, to have faith in GOD and the path He has laid out for me.
