      <title>How to find balance with all these technologies visiting the ancient practice of yoga</title>

<p>With OpenAI technologies, I travel through a diverse landscape of themes

</li></ul><p>Each chat became a form of <em>sadhana</em>, a yoga practice. In yoga we learn that knowledge grows when observed with curiosity and non-attachment; similarly, each conversation open a door to deeper understanding, reminding me that learning is also a path of awareness.
</p>

<p>One recurring thread is <strong>music and sound</strong>.  I explore this feeling during a yoga session, and off course, I use Spotify, Independent musicians who walk a path of discipline and self-expression. Understanding distribution platforms, royalties and catalogue control is like working with the <em>vishuddhi chakra</em> — the energy of voice and communication. To publish music is to release the breath outward, into the world.
</p>

<p>The session <em>about Material growth</em> broadens the view toward global exchange. In yoga, <em>ahimsa</em> (non-violence) invites us to consider the impact of our consumption and financial decisions. Exploring ethical manufacturing, cross-border payments and responsible transfers is indeed an act of mindful commerce: money as prana, moving through systems, nourishing when directed consciously.

</p>

<p>The wisdom of the sages teaches us that inner peace is not found through extreme efforts, but through small, consistent daily actions. This is the essence of <strong>Dinacharya</strong>, a morning routine that harmonizes your body and mind with the rhythm of nature. It’s the time you set aside to nourish your soul before the demands of the day begin.
</p>

<p>Your morning routine is the sacred foundation of your practice. It is here that you connect with yourself, clear away the clutter of the mind, and set the intention for a day filled with presence and purpose.
</p>

<ul><li><strong>Observe Your Breath:</strong> Before you even get out of bed, simply lie still and become aware of your breath. Notice which nostril is more open. According to the ancient science of <strong>Swara Yoga</strong>, which studies the flow of breath, the dominant nostril influences your mental and physical state. By beginning your day by stepping out of bed with the foot corresponding to the open nostril, you align yourself with the natural energy flow of your body.
</li><li><strong>Drink Warm Water:</strong> Start the day by drinking a glass of warm water. This simple gesture gently awakens the digestive system, preparing it for the day ahead.
</li><li><strong>Gentle Cleansing:</strong> Before your shower, cleanse your face and eyes with cool water. If possible, use a <strong>Neti Lota</strong> to purify the nasal passages.
</li><li><strong>Take a Short Walk:</strong> If the weather permits, a brief walk in the fresh air is a beautiful way to awaken the senses, oxygenate the body, and connect with the tranquil energy of the morning.
</li><li><strong>Evacuation:</strong> After a walk, the body is often ready for evacuation. According to Yoga, this is a fundamental practice for cleansing the system. A clean body is a prerequisite for a clear mind. The evacuation of waste products is essential for eliminating toxins accumulated overnight. In Yoga, this is further emphasized by the close relationship between the <strong>Muladhara Chakra</strong>, the energy center at the base of the spine, and the <strong>Sahasrara Chakra</strong>, the crown of consciousness. A regular and complete elimination keeps the Muladhara in balance, allowing energy to flow upwards without obstacles. Once the body is cleansed, we are ready to begin our daily practice.
</li><li><strong>Gentle Exercises for Joints and Glands:</strong> After cleansing your system, your body needs to be prepared for the day. This preparation is not a strenuous workout, but a conscious ritual. The <strong>"Exercises for Joints and Glands"</strong> are a scientific and gentle practice to release physical tension. Imagine a slow, loving journey through every part of your body. Begin with soft neck movements and progressively move down to your toes. Rotations of the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, along with torso bends and hip movements, act as a gentle caress that stimulates your glands, improves flexibility, and allows vital energy to flow freely. This sequence is accessible to all and helps to release physical rigidity, preparing your body for a state of stillness essential for a calm and focused mind.
</li><li><strong>The Art of Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra (61 Points):</strong> After awakening the body, it is time to nourish the mind. This practice is <strong>particularly well-suited for the morning</strong> to bring back full awareness of the entire body. <strong>Yoga Nidra</strong>, or "yogic sleep," is a method of deep relaxation that guides you into a state of awareness between waking and sleeping, where the mind is quiet and receptive. The practice is based on the conscious "scanning" of 61 points in your body. Your attention moves like a flashlight from one point to another, following a specific path that begins and ends at the point between the eyebrows. This circular journey helps to relax the body, calm the mind, and harmonize the energies, creating a state of profound inner peace.
</li><li><strong>The Balancing Breath: Pranayama:</strong> Breath is the bridge between your body and your mind. Often, we notice that air does not flow equally through our two nostrils, and this small irregularity is reflected in our mood and concentration. <strong>Nadi Shodhana</strong>, or "alternate nostril breathing," is a simple yet powerful practice to restore this balance. It purifies the energetic channels (<em>nadis</em>) of the body and balances the two hemispheres of the brain, creating a sense of natural calm. Another powerful breathing exercise is <strong>Agni Sara</strong>, which strengthens your "digestive fire" (<em>Agni</em>), improves metabolism, and tones the abdominal organs.
</li><li><strong>The Bridge to Inner Peace: So Ham Meditation:</strong> We often approach meditation with complex expectations, yet the deepest wisdom teaches us that the true goal is not to gain special powers but to rediscover a peace that is already within us. The mantra "So Ham" is a special gift, as it is a sound that already resides in your breath. When you inhale, the sound you hear is "So." When you exhale, the sound is "Ham." The deepest meaning of this mantra is <strong>"I am That"</strong>, an affirmation that reminds you of your true nature and your connection to the universe. Focusing on the sound of your breath, you create a new pathway in your mind, which will spontaneously settle into a state of profound calm.
</li></ul><p><strong>Beyond the Mat: The Journey Continues</strong>

<p>The true practice of Yoga unfolds not just on the mat, but in the awareness and kindness you bring to every gesture, word, and thought. Whether you are breathing, or sleeping, every moment is an opportunity to practice.

<p>At the same time as this global pandemic, the people of Mégantic lived under the shock of this harsh ordeal.
I was then a massage therapist and I received people in psychological distress in my office.
I noticed that people were breathing with very short breaths.
</p>

<p>Passionate about yoga since adolescence, for a personal purpose, I decided to do my teacher training without suspecting that one day yoga would be an integral part of my work.
</p>

<p>It was then that with an associate, we created YOGA MÉGANTIC so that my community could learn to breathe again.
This event has been on display for 3 consecutive years. We received some big names in yoga and helped to make this discipline of life known in my beautiful little town which is slowly recovering from its injuries.
</p>

<p>Today I continue my training and I share the love of yoga and meditation with my community while working at the Women's Center of MRC du Granit.

<p>Very young, around the age of 9, the first book Daniel Gauthier was given to read on the subject of spirituality was a work by Lobsang Rampa, "The Third Eye".Since then, this thirst and curiosity for the esoteric, the spiritual and the experience of higher states of consciousness has never left him. So, Daniel began to practice yoga in 1972 where he learned the asanas through Transcendental Meditation as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.This practice was accompanied by readings on Indian philosophy, such as the Bhagavad Gita and the teaching system of Patanjali.In 1974, an inspiration and a wake-up call transformed his life. It was during this same year that he taught for the first time, informally, the rudiments of Hatha Yoga. Thereafter and in an (almost) uninterrupted way, supported by readings chosen to understand this vast field, he pursued a personal practice.!Daniel dedicated the last years of his life to offer TTCWelcome to the TTC space.
